We specialize in the general repair and returns procedures for all ICE related products. We work with all the major brands directly offering a hassle free repair or exchange service for and on behalf of our partners.

We accept all units that are a warranty related claim. We can repair most units on the market to date and depending on your agreement with your supplier we can also arrange exchanges direct from the manufacturer. Our website is very simple to use so by following our easy to follow steps you can book your unit in for return/repair and we will do the rest!

Once you have registered you will be able to use your email address and password to login, from here you will be able monitor the progress of your unit. We will also notify you via email with the status of you return. We are all enthusiasts here! So we can relate and appreciate how inconvenient it can be to be without your music system, handsfree kits or satellite navigation systems-but luckily here our team of trained & experienced engineers will ensure that the turn-around time is as short as possible.

The returns department is open from 09:00am until 12:00am - Monday to Friday. Please note we do not process returns or receive calls after this time. Please allow at least 24 hrs for your RMA to be fully processed from the point of making the application. Your application will be assed and accepted on the information provided, so please fill in all fields and provide as much extra information in the notes section as possible. Applications will not be accepted if the correct details are not provided and may result in a delay of your return. Once you have received your RMA confirmation you will be provided with an individual RMA number, please keep this safe as this will be needed for any queries relating to your return!
